Family Meal Planning

The response often published from nutrition related surveys from families is wanting more time to make healthy meals. During this 1-hour class we’ll learn about how to make a meal from the foods that you like to eat, options for making them healthier, and how to create a grocery list that supports your budget, weekly meal plans, and lifestyle. We’ll Learn about terms, such as organic, gluten-free, probiotic, GMO, and more. As well as discuss ways to plan around the many dynamic changes in your unique families.

Meal Planning for Singles or Couples

Cooking for one or two is challenging. Before you have a family you may be learning what and how to prepare foods for one or two and on a budget. If your kids are grown and out of the house, you may be once again learning how to cook smaller portions of the meals you’ve cooked for years. During this 1-hour class we’ll learn about making a daily and weekly menu, creating a grocery list that supports that menu, and ways to prepare food to save time throughout your busy week.

Tuesday's Track at Dawn

Join us for free track workouts at dawn. If you're a runner or triathlete, or just trying to get in shape come join us for track workouts. Together we'll work on running form, drills, speed work, and improve fitness as a community. You do not need to be an athlete to join us, or have any specific fitness goals.
*These events are free for participants, and will start promptly at 5:30am and end at 6:30am each Tuesday morning.
