Nutrition Coaching sessions are available in person, on the phone, or via video chat.  Initial assessment are 60-minutes long, and follow-ups are in 30-minute increments. 

During the nutrition coaching sessions we will address your questions and concerns, together craft an individualized plan that matches your realistic goals. As well as discuss strategies to help overcome barriers that may prevent your success.

Nutrition Coaching (Follow-up) sessions are 30-minutes in length, and can be done in person, on the phone, or via video chat.


Sports Performance Fueling packages are available for athletes who already have a coach or training plan and desire to improve their performance and health by tailoring their nutrition needs to their lifestyle and sport. The following packages are available:

  • Starter - For athletes who have a few questions about daily nutrition, training, or race day. This session is completed in 1-hour either by phone, video, or in-person. Together we'll discuss any topic the athlete is concerned with. Individualized feedback and direction is provided to meet the needs of the athlete based on assessment and feedback.
  • Intermediate - For athletes that desire more on-going communication for sports nutrition this plan offers a monthly 1-hour meeting with the nutrition coach to discuss daily nutrition, and fueling and hydration strategies for training and competition. 
  • Advanced - For athletes who desire more frequent communication for their food intake and nutrition questions. The athlete receives a monthly 1-hour meeting with nutrition coach, and weekly feedback through Healthie application.

Meal Plans - Meal Plans are available in 30-Day, 6-Week, and 12-Week increments. Plans include simple and easy menus based on your individual needs and activities. Menus include calories and macros, with recipes, and grocery lists for each menu. The packages are available based on your need and goals.
